Yes, we charge for our technicians time when diagnosing your vehicle. The European cars that we work on have some of the most technologically advanced systems and require technicians with the experience and special tools to properly diagnose what your car needs. Generally when an auto shop advertises "free diagnostics" you get what you pay for. Their technicians are not working for free. Imagine how much extra you are paying to cover the costs of diagnosis when they don't sell services!
Most auto repair shops charge a "shop supplies charge" (there are many names for it). It is basically an additional non-itemized charge that is tacked to all customers bills for miscellaneous items such as cleaners, grease, rags and other such items which may or may not have been used to repair your vehicle. At Page Auto we have never and will never charge a shop supplies fee! If we do need to use grease, cleaners, etc. for your vehicle's repair these will appear as itemized charges on your bill. We believe it is not right to charge you for items not used on your car's repair!
We accept cash, personal and business checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. Payment in full is due when repairs are completed. If your repair requires a special order part that cannot be returned we may ask for the part to be paid for in advance.

Yes, we stand behind our repairs with a 12-month / 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. Certain exclusions apply. Such exclusions will be noted on your repair invoice.

No. Shops that offer loaner cars have the same expenses in having those vehicles as you do (vehicle purchase, maintenance, repairs, insurance, etc.). Even though they may be offered for free, you are paying for them in the form of higher labor rates and service charges.
Yes. We have an after hours key drop next to our front door. If you do not have an appointment please include a note with your contact information so we can call you during business hours.

In 41 years in business we have seen many examples of installing customer supplied parts going wrong. As such it is our policy not to install customer supplied parts.
We do not work with aftermarket extended service contracts (sometimes called "extended warranties").
